AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accepting an estimate and authorizing services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Liability Waiver.
Acceptance of service constitutes full agreement to these terms.
Paint Protection Film (PPF) Waiver
About Paint Protection Film
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is an 8 mil film
designed to protect your vehicle’s paint from
chips, scratches, and swirl marks. It is applied to
the exterior painted panels of the vehicle.
PPF carries a manufacturer warranty of up to 10
years against yellowing, cracking, staining,
blistering, and delamination under
normal conditions. This warranty does not cover
damage caused by accidents, road debris,
or improper washing or maintenance
by the Customer.
Drying Time
Your new PPF will take approximately 3–4 weeks to
fully cure, depending on weather conditions.
DO NOT WASH YOUR VEHICLE FOR
AT LEAST 5 DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION.
The vehicle must not have any existing paint protection coatings such as waxes, sealants, or ceramic coatings prior to installation. These can negatively affect adhesion,performance, longevity, and overall appearance of the PPF. A thorough decontamination wash is required for this reason. PPF is intended for OEM paint systems. Installation on repainted or non-OEM surfaces carries additional risk. By proceeding, the Customer acknowledges and accepts this risk.

CONDITION OF VEHICLE FOR PPF INSTALLATION
- Paint may lift on repainted or OEM surfaces if the paint was
previously improperly prepared or repaired.
- By authorizing Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC to proceed with installation, the Customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for paint lifting or damage during installation.
- By authorizing Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC to proceed with installation, the Customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for paint lifting or damage during installation.
CLEAR COAT FAILURE
- If a vehicle has any level of clear coat failure— whether
visible or not—the Customer understands that the paint
surface is unstable.
- During the installation or removal of PPF, vinyl, or adhesive materials, damaged or weakened clear coat may lift, peel, crack, or separate from the surface.
- The Customer understands that vinyl and PPF installations require stretching, positioning, and pulling material across the painted surface. This process may place stress on already compromised paint and can worsen existing clear coat failure, including in areas that may appear intact but are already beginning to fail.
- This includes situations where installation, repositioning, trimming, or removal of excess material causes surrounding clear coat to peel or separate.
- By proceeding, the Customer accepts this risk and agrees that Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for any progression or worsening of existing clear coat failure during installation or removal processes.
- During the installation or removal of PPF, vinyl, or adhesive materials, damaged or weakened clear coat may lift, peel, crack, or separate from the surface.

INSTALLATION
- We strive to wrap all edges whenever possible; however,
some edges cannot be fully wrapped.
- Debris build-up over time along exposed edges and seams is normal and may be more visible on white or lighter-colored vehicles.
THERE IS NO WARRANTY OR FILM REPLACEMENT FOR EDGE OR SEAM DEBRIS BUILD-UP.

HEADLIGHTS
- Headlights may have sensitive factory coatings that can peel
or lift during installation.
- By authorizing headlight film installation, the Customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for damage to headlight coatings.

FILM, BADGE, AND DECAL REMOVAL
-Removal of film, badges, or decals may cause damage
to paint, glass, and/or defroster lines.
- By authorizing removal, the Customer acknowledges this risk and agrees that Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for damage that may occur during the removal process.

EMBLEM REMOVAL & REPLACEMENT
- If emblem or badge removal is requested, the Customer un-
derstands that original emblems typically cannot be reused
due to adhesive failure during removal.
- Replacement emblems will be required and will be charged to the Customer.
- The Customer must choose between OEM or aftermarket em- blems. If aftermarket emblems are selected—or if OEM parts are unavailable—Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC does not guarantee fitment, adhesion, or longevity.
- Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for premature wear, fading, or failure of aftermarket emblems.

IMPERFECTIONS
- While we strive for perfection in all installations, due to the
nature of the product, some degree of dust, contamination,
or minor imperfections may be present.
- Pre-existing scratches, rock chips, and flaws may become more visible after installation.

BOATS
- Manufacturers do not offer warranties for marine PPF.
- Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC provides limited in-house coverage up to $1,000, with any additional corrections offered at 50% of standard cost until that limit is reached.
- Boat paint may be improperly installed. Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for paint chipping or lifting during installation.

MOTORCYCLES
- Motorcycles, especially certain models such as Harley-David-
son, are known to have thinner or inconsistent paint.
- Due to this, clear coat failure, paint lifting, or chipping may occur during installation.
- Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for these conditions.

Tint Waiver
WINDOWS MUST REMAIN ROLLED UP FOR AT LEAST 72 HOURS AFTER INSTALLATION TO ALLOW PROPER CURING.
QUALITY & INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
- During tint installation, especially on older or dirtier vehicles,
small amounts of dust, debris, or minor contamination may be
visible under the film. These are normal environmental factors
and are not considered defects.
- Any tint darker than 20% on rear windows or 35% on front side windows is installed at the Customer’s discretion. The Customer accepts full responsibility for any legal consequences.
- Under Florida law, front windshields may only receive a visor strip. If the Customer requests a full windshield tint, they accept all legal risks and consequences.
- Tesla sunroofs are not recommended for tint installation due to potential cracking and warranty issues. The Customer accepts all risks and understands that manufacturer warranties may not be honored.

TINT REMOVAL & DEFROSTER LINES
- If tint removal is requested, Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not
responsible for damage to rear window defroster lines.
- Defroster lines are extremely delicate and may be damaged due to age, previous installations, or adhesive bonding.
- Once damaged, they cannot be repaired and may result in loss of defrost functionality.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & LIABILITY RELEASE
By authorizing any tint installation or removal service, the
Customer acknowledges:
- They have been informed of possible minor imperfections and curing conditions
- They understand the risks involved with tint installation and removal

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL WINDOW TINT WAIVER
- Small dust, debris, or bubbles may appear under tint due to glass
condition or environment. These are normal and not defects.
- Film may take up to 30 days to cure. Do not clean interior windows during this period. Use ammonia-free products only.
- Thermal stress or seal failure may occur, especially on tempered, double-pane, or Low-E glass. Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for such issues.
- The property owner is responsible for compliance with HOA and building regulations. Tim’s Pro Auto Spa LLC is not responsible for permits or replacement due to non-compliance.
- Tint installation may void manufacturer warranties. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify warranty terms.
- Standard labor rates apply for any future tint removal or replacement.
- Film may take up to 30 days to cure. Do not clean interior windows during this period. Use ammonia-free products only.
